- Process high-volume transactional documents within daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and workflow issues
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Utilize Excel for basic data manipulation and reporting tasks
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with proven accuracy (test provided)
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation for late-night commute
- Willingness to complete 4-week paid training program (9 AM - 5 PM)
