Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and client data into our internal databases.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
- Review and correct errors in data sets to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Perform regular backups and file organization for the night shift team.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift supervisor regarding data discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis facility is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
