Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high volumes of data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Review source documents for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before processing.
- Sort, file, and retrieve physical or digital records to ensure organized filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data discrepancies or system issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity quotas while maintaining a high accuracy rate.
- Perform routine data cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proven typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
- Must be available to work night shifts (afternoons/evenings).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
