Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail during night operations.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents according to established protocols.
- Review and correct errors in existing data sets to ensure database integrity.
- Communicate with the morning shift team regarding urgent data issues.
- Perform routine data cleansing and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate during night hours.
- Reliable internet connection (required for hybrid/remote roles).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
