Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and transaction data into our centralized database systems.
- Review source documents for errors and reconcile discrepancies with high attention to detail.
- Transcribe complex data from handwritten or printed forms into digital formats.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure data retrieval efficiency.
- Collaborate with day-shift analysts to resolve data queries and ensure continuity.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on all entered data to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high accuracy rate (less than 3% error rate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- High school diploma or GED required.
