- Accurately input, verify, and update critical business data across multiple platforms
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Perform routine data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for all data handling
- Utilize specialized software including Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' professional data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 99%+ in data entry tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional error detection
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
