- Generate daily reports and reconcile discrepancies for operational excellence
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data continuity
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with 10-key typing certification (8,000+ KPH)
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error-reduction capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for data reconciliation tasks
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
