Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, verify, and update customer and account information into our CRM and database systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, or discrepancies, and rectify them immediately.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
- Organize and file digital documents and physical records as required.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding data discrepancies and urgent updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection required for remote or hybrid options.
