Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical client data across multiple platforms
- Perform daily data validation and reconciliation tasks with zero-error tolerance
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports to management
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day-shift team members for seamless data handovers
- Operate document scanning systems and manage digital archives
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Familiarity with data management software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
