- Perform daily data reconciliation and error resolution procedures
- Generate weekly performance metrics and quality assurance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows
- Train junior staff on proprietary data management software
- Implement continuous process improvements for data accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 70+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management systems
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification in data management (e.g., CDM) a plus
