- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL tools
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data continuity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Experience with data entry software (e.g., Alpha Five, Kofax)
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills for data discrepancy resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
