- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial records
- Utilize proprietary software and MS Office Suite
- Perform routine data audits and reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with offshore teams during shift overlaps
- Document workflow improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Flexible availability between 8PM-6AM
- High school diploma or equivalent required
