- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Perform routine quality checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data anomalies
- Utilize company-provided equipment including ergonomic workstations and dual monitors
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
