Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update critical business data into proprietary systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial and inventory records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Generate daily data integrity reports for management review
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies using established protocols
- Collaborate with offshore teams during crossover hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 99.5% accuracy
- 2+ years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management tools
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
