Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99.8% precision
- Process high-volume transactions including inventory updates, customer records, and financial documents
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies using cross-reference protocols
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports with KPI metrics
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during handover periods for seamless workflow
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Proven ability to meet/exceed accuracy quotas in high-volume environments
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend rotation
- Associates degree in Information Management or related field preferred
- Advanced knowledge of data validation techniques and error resolution
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
