Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain digital records with 99.5% precision
- Process high-volume transactional data during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Perform routine audits to identify and correct data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Available to work 4 consecutive 10-hour night shifts weekly
