- Perform quality control checks to maintain 99.8% data accuracy standards
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover and continuity
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
