Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into digital databases with a high degree of precision.
- Review and cross-reference data from physical documents and electronic sources to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive information.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure all data meets company standards before submission.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding daily targets and any technical issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
- Handle high volumes of data entry tasks within tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields (1-2 years preferred).
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with a high accuracy rate.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
