- Generate and maintain detailed audit trails for compliance
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover
- Utilize optical character recognition (OCR) tools for document conversion
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
