Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical business data across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary data management tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key by touch
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) required
