Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input customer and business data into our secure databases and CRM systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Review and correct discrepancies in existing records with minimal supervision.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents according to established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data anomalies or system issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
