- Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of financial and operational data
- Perform quality checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy across all entries
- Utilize proprietary software and MS Office Suite for data processing tasks
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to HIPAA and company confidentiality protocols
- Train on new data systems and processes as implemented
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with error detection skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures and relational concepts
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift coverage
- Background check and drug screen required
