Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in multiple database systems
- Perform daily data audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within strict deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handoffs
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively
- Utilize proprietary software for data validation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 55+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
