Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain critical data across multiple platforms with 99.9% precision
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight hours with strict adherence to quality standards
- Utilize proprietary software and Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Expert typing speed of 70+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Professional certification in data management (CDA or equivalent) preferred
