- Accurately input and update 100+ daily records into CRM and ERP systems
- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
- Flag and resolve data discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP a plus
