Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain databases with alphanumeric and numerical information
- Verify data integrity through quality control checks and cross-referencing source documents
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% accuracy standards
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven error-tracking abilities
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus
- Reliable transportation for night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
