Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce/Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection skills
- Night shift availability and reliability
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field
- Experience with data encryption and security protocols
