Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain confidential data across multiple platforms
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Perform daily data audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports to department leads
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes/hour with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Experience with OCR scanning tools and document management systems
