Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data in company databases
- Perform data audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Process transactions and documentation with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily reports and reconcile data inconsistencies
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial data processing is advantageous
