Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily data quality audits with 99.5% accuracy threshold
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight operations window
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to management team
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless data handover
- Adhere to HIPAA and industry-specific compliance protocols
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies within SLA timeframe
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
