Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactional documents within nightly SLA targets
- Perform data audits and reconcile discrepancies using cross-referencing protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software for data manipulation
- Generate nightly performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless data handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error detection capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
