Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial and inventory records
- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Implement data security protocols per ISO 27001 standards
- Train on new software systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years high-volume data entry experience
- 10-key typing proficiency with 12,000+ KPH accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- ERP system familiarity (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Background in healthcare or financial data handling
- US Citizenship or permanent residency required
- Availability for 4 consecutive night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
