- Process high-volume transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience required
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour typing speed
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
