Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform daily data validation and quality checks with 99.5% accuracy threshold
- Process invoices, customer records, and transaction logs within SLAs
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive financial and client information
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and internal dashboards
- Collaborate with day shift team during handover periods for data continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards in all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proficient in 10-key typing with 8,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail with proven error detection abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Previous experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
