Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in proprietary databases and CRM systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data completeness and accuracy with <99.5% precision
- Process high-volume transactions including inventory logs, customer records, and financial documents
- Generate daily productivity reports and escalate data discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR protocols for sensitive information handling
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data reconciliation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with version control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends
