- Perform daily reconciliation of financial and customer records
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL tools
- Maintain strict data confidentiality protocols per HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Implement data validation rules to prevent entry errors
- Train on new software systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystroke accuracy with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
