- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift handovers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Train on new software tools quarterly to maintain technical proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
