Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify critical business data across multiple platforms
- Perform data reconciliation to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Optimize data workflows through continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field
- CompTIA Data+ certification highly desirable
