Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while adhering to strict deadlines
- Generate daily reports and analytics for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and database management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
