Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update 10,000+ daily records in ERP systems
- Perform data validation using triple-check protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance metrics reports
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Maintain 99.8% data integrity across all databases
- Implement automated data reconciliation processes
- Train junior staff on company data protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume data entry experience
- Minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
