- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, forms, and customer records
- Perform daily quality audits to ensure data integrity across all platforms
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports to department leads
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data reconciliation
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven keyboard speed of 45+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
