Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation with 99.9% accuracy requirements
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours
- Generate daily productivity reports and quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using encrypted channels
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven 10-key proficiency (8,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error reduction track record
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field
