Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of source documents with digital records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through cross-referencing
- Generate daily productivity reports and quality metrics
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for data handling
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years data entry experience
- Minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures and relational data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
