Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage high-volume transactional data across multiple enterprise systems
- Maintain 99.9% data accuracy while processing 10,000+ records per shift
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial, inventory, and customer databases
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent entry errors
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and database management
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5%+ accuracy under time pressure
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
