Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of financial and operational data in company databases
- Perform daily reconciliation of records to ensure 99.9% data integrity
- Process high-priority transactions with strict deadlines during overnight hours
- Utilize specialized software to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and SEC compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience with 10-key proficiency
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher in previous roles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to minute details
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or SAP
- Background check and drug screen required
