Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage high-volume transactional data across proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies
- Process invoices, customer records, and operational documentation with precision
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports for management review
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless 24-hour data operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.1%
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced environment
