Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage high-volume transactional data across multiple platforms
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through cross-departmental collaboration
- Optimize data workflows to achieve 99.9% accuracy targets
- Train on new database systems and process improvements
- Support month-end closing procedures with time-sensitive data submissions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel required)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems or similar enterprise software
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
