- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in company CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with offshore teams to reconcile data across time zones
- Maintain confidential client information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Utilize 10-key typing with minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to meet 8,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise software
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
