Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into proprietary systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Verify information against source documents to maintain data integrity
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA/FERPA standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Utilize Excel and custom software for data manipulation and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience or equivalent typing certification
- Proven ability to type 55+ WPM with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
