Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of client data in proprietary systems
- Perform daily data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-priority batch uploads within strict SLA deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily data integrity reports to management
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods for seamless operations
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Implement process improvements to increase data processing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 100% accuracy under minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error detection capabilities
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent written communication skills for report generation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred
